I believe that our mental health is shaped by a complex interplay of our inherent mental framework, our environmental interactions, and our past experiences. Each person is born with an intrinsic psychological structure, which is further molded by early relationships and environmental experiences. Our psyche constantly interacts with our surroundings, and early negative experiences can leave lasting impacts, manifesting as psychological symptoms such as anxiety and depression, and influence our relationships, self-image, attachments, and overall approach to life.
With my extensive background in psychoanalytically informed psychotherapy and psychodynamic psychotherapy, I aim to help you unravel and understand your deeper relationships with the negative life experiences. This process will open up a psychic space available for growth and evolution, and for a healthier way of being and interacting with the world.
I also prescribe medication, and I view medication as a tool that could sometimes facilitate this process, especially when symptoms become overwhelming, to support and enhance this therapeutic journey.
