Dr. Mohadese Adabimohazab is an adult psychiatrist, Psychoanalyst, and an Assistant Professor of Clinical psychiatry at Weill Cornell Medicine. Dr. Adabimohazab completed her psychiatry residency training at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, and received her medical degree from Tehran University of Medical Sciences. 

Dr. Adabimohazab has an extensive background in psychodynamic psychotherapy and psychoanalysis. She completed her psychoanalytic training at the Psychoanalytic Association of New York (PANY), where she previously trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy. She is a member of the American Psychoanalytic Association (APsA)

Dr. Adabimohazab  treats individuals with diverse cultural backgrounds. She is particularly passionate to work with women and other individuals who have experienced  discrimination, persecution, and other forms of trauma.
